  • Group coaching is highly interactive and involves transformation (& saying it is interactive does not make it so)
  • Group coaching strategy: Focus on just one ideal learner/client for your group coaching program
  • Record everything, transcribe everything — everything!
  • You are always talking to 1 person at a time so you always have opportunity for conversation–share your personality with one person at a time
  • Craft your content so it is marketable and engaging
  • People need to know, like, trust and EXPERIENCE you to do business with you over time
  • When it comes to group coaching, you don’t have to be a teacher, you do need to be engaging
