I know it’s kind of long, but please do not try to get in touch with me before reading the following (it will be obvious to me if you haven’t read it…just sayin’):
Email: Best way to get in touch with me is via email (below). I will respond to you as soon as I can, generally within 1-2 business days.
Phone: Please, please, please don’t call me — phone time is reserved for consulting and coaching clients and is scheduled in advance. In most cases, I will not return calls about my prices, my credentials, my process or my services. I will address these issues via email if you’d like to start a dialogue. And, if you do not feel comfortable doing business via email and other virtual means of communication, I am likely not the best fit for you as a writer or consultant.
In-Person: Also, because of the nature of my workload and my days and my life in general, I am not available to speak or meet with you casually to brainstorm or discuss your ideas. If you want to meet face-to-face, let me know so we can schedule an in-person consulting session. These meetings will be billed at an hourly rate (including travel, if applicable) that is discussed and invoiced beforehand.

I get a lot of emails, so if you just say ‘call me” or “I have a project,” chances are I won’t be able to help you much in an email.
